Sugaring is an ancient, Middle Eastern form of hair removal that uses an all natural paste with only sugar, water, and lemon juice to remove hair from the follicle.
There are no waxes or resin in the paste, and since sugar is a natural preservative, bacteria cannot grow and no contamination occurs. Sugaring is less painful than waxing because the sugar paste adheres to the hair rather than the skin. The formula is organic and water-soluble and cleans up easily with warm water.
There’s also no risk of burning sensitive skin areas with sugaring as the product is used at body temperature.
Requiring only gloves and a single piece of sugar paste, sugaring is very sanitary. There no strips or sticks. With consistent sugaring, hair starts to refine and diminish. Professional sugaring products do not adhere to live skin cells, therefore when the paste is removed, it gently exfoliates leaving behind freshened skin.
