Medical Conditions
For your protection and wellness, it is important that you disclose any health conditions, allergies, medications, or injuries that might affect your ability to receive skin care or hair removal services. If you are a contact lens wearer, you may wish to bring along your case and solution if your contacts give you trouble when having your eyes closed for extended periods of time.

Mothers-to-be
If you are pregnant and/or lactating, please let me know when booking your appointment. Certain products and treatments are not suitable for pregnant or nursing women.

Children
Children are a precious gift, and we always want to be sure they are safe and sound! Due to the  nature of a professional skin care environment (products, equipment, etc.), it is requested that children not be brought along to your appointment.

Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you will need to change your appointment. We kindly request that you provide a 48 hour notice if you must cancel your appointment. Should you need to cancel less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment, a charge for 50% of your appointment service fee will be billed to your credit card or deducted from your gift card.
