UPDATE TO CANCELLATION POLICY EFFECTIVE 8/1/2019

Online Cancellations

Appointments can be cancelled on Essential-Esthetics.com at any time prior to 72 hours of your appointment time. If you need to make changes within 72 hours, please text Cynthia at (479) 644-3574. The 48-hour cancellation/no show policy will apply.

No-Shows

Unfortunately, last minute cancellations & “no shows” affect other clients from being able to schedule an appointment as the time slot has been held for you.

Short Notice Changes

A charge of up to 50% will apply for no shows and last-minute cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

This policy will ensure that Essential Esthetics can operate as smoothly as possible and continue providing amazing service to you as well as others!
